Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and click the "Add to Cart" button. If you wish to purchase more items click on "Continue Shopping" and you will be taken back to make another selection from the website.

Should you wish to order more than one item, of an item you have ordered change the quantity and hit the "Recalculate" button.

After you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payments from all major credit cards securely via Pay Pal. YOU DO NOT REQUIRE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to use this site safely.

We would like to make it clear that when a customer makes a purchase online that they are aware that they are agreeing to a legally binding contract.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not confer that a contract exists between us. A contract of sale exists when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
For UK Shipping the charge is £5 up to £30 in value. Orders in excess of £30 value are Shipped FREE OF CHARGE.
For International orders postage may vary from the quoted price. For accurate postage costs please telephone: +44 (0) 1752269321, or contact us via E-Mail or our contact page for confirmation of postage and packaging costs.

Delivery Schedule

Please Note that on delivery, if no one is in to receive the parcel, then neighbours will be automatically contacted to sign for the delivery. If you do not want this to happen then please e-mail us at TraderJacksStore@aol.com and let us know any specific details.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will contact you and offer a substitute product or colour if the items you order is not available or you may receive a full refund.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added to all orders. Please note that product prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.

All other orders outside the European Union are VAT free.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly.  If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs
